NEW YEARS EVE MENU

On New Year’s Eve we’ll be serving our regular menu plus a few extras:

  • Crispy Hoppin’ John- Puffed jasmine rice, fried black eyed peas, crispy herbs, lemon zest, low country seasoning
  • Hushpuppies and caviar
  • Black truffle deviled eggs
  • Taylor bay scallops, pomegranate, memmi pickled mushrooms, char sui powder
  • Sorghum smoked duck with charleston gold red rice, Rappahannock olde salt oysters, root beer braised chestnuts
  • Gunpowder bison tenderloin, kogashi miso, forbidden black rice, butter poached giant prawn, yuzu braised endive
